Public Performance

Public performance includes any act of transmitting or broadcasting a work to an audience, whether digital or otherwise, outside of a closed group. Examples of public performance include digital streaming, television or radio broadcast, playing over speakers in clubs and restaurants, on websites, or on other broadcasting systems.
