Hi, I'm Carlos Palop, and I co-founded UniteSync with my business partner, Filip Roskot.

After over a decade in the music industry, working as a distributor, music publisher, and helping artists navigate their careers, I kept seeing the same problem over and over: talented creators were losing thousands in unclaimed royalties simply because the system was too confusing, too fragmented, and often too expensive.

I realized I wasn't alone in this frustration. Independent artists, songwriters, and small publishers were all being left behind by outdated processes and black-box systems that made it nearly impossible to track and collect what was rightfully theirs.

That's when I connected with Filip Roskot, a brilliant engineer and problem solver who shared my vision for fixing the system. Together, we decided to build something better. A platform that puts creators first, with transparent technology, fair pricing, and real results.

We built UniteSync to fix a broken system, not just for ourselves, but for every independent creator who's ever felt lost in the maze of music royalties.

Today, UniteSync supports songwriters in 35+ countries, collecting royalties across 117 territories worldwide and giving them full visibility into where their money comes from.
